Mental health problems are often stigmatized in our society. In an ideal world, taking care of one's mental health would be as easy and normal as taking care of any other health issue. It's important to me to maintain a non-judgmental and validating stance. I strive to help people tolerate aspects of their lives that they can't change and make changes where possible to improve their quality of life. The opportunity to support people during their most vulnerable experiences is very rewarding.
