Being a nurse practitioner in neurology allows me to do the medical work that fascinates me. It also allows me to have a very personal and caring relationship with my patients. As a nurse practitioner, I get to educate my patients and to learn from them. My goal is to involve my patients in their care by helping them understand their medical condition and what to expect from their treatment plan.
