As a provider who spent 18 years of her career at Dartmouth Health, I’m glad to be back. My mission is to help patients of all ages become as healthy as possible. We reach that goal through preventative care, lifestyle choices and management of chronic disease. Collaboration is key to that approach. Through shared decision-making, my patients and I can achieve care plans that fit their unique needs.
